I believe in celebrating the stage of life you are in right now. Because tomorrow you may be in a new place, just as beautiful but new.
I believe in framing those faces and lining them along staircases and displays in the living room in beautiful frames. The faces that have become our legacy. Filling up the home filled with memories and making the rough days more than bearable. Gratitude for those memories and moments.
The ones that make us work harder, better, and make us stronger.
I love watching the transformations from newborn to little girls and boys. From high school senior to college graduate. Engaged to Wife and Husband. Then wife to Mother. Groom to Daddy. And when the mezmirized grandparents come in and beam with pride, gushing over their new grandbaby's many accomplishments, they do something to my heart that makes me have all of the feels. There is nothing so emotional then seeing your baby become a parent. I love these moments. The ones that fly by but seem to take forever. The little cycle of life that you know you are in, but don't understand until your baby has grown and no longer needs you the way they once did.
I believe in preservation of these moments by taking time out of the chaos of our every day life. Celebrating it. Loving it.
This is what I do. Because my family is my everything.
